GinnerArchitekten is an Architectural Practice in Zell am See, located in the middle of the Austrian Alps, close to Salzburg.

Our office was founded in 2001 and we are listed both in Austria and in Germany (München) at the Architectural Association, as so called "Ziviltechniker".

In Austria this is a necessary degree  to be authorised  to deliver an expert opinion or to be responsible for building permissions.

Therefore, we are able to give comprehensive advice concerning  the various aspects of consulting, planning, building and design. 

 

 

We like to offer a very personal service in guiding our clients through the complexities of dealing with local authorities and the changing laws in Salzburgerland.

We can offer assistance at every stage of the process from purchase to finished product.

This typically involves a feasability study, design process and obtaining the license to build or refurbish as well as overseeing the project.

GinnerArchitekten can provide support for making design decisions, how to build and all aspects of a constuction site.

We can also offer an interior design service.

 

In essence, we can provide a turn-key-service, which is especially helpful four our overseas clients. 

 

For us, an important part is to get all the basic information right from the start in order to have a stressless time with the building procedure. We are working together with approved partners (e.g. geometer, structural engineers or builders) because, in our opinion, an excellent network is essential for a successful project!

 

Our core competence is in designing homes of different sizes  and specification, which is evident in our  numerous housing projects (Wohnen).

We also have experience in commercial design e.g. leisure centres (Hallenbad Zell am See 2010) and cultural projects (Galerie Gaudens Pedit Kitzbühel 2012)
